RETURN POLICY
Returns must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returned items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
- Non-returnable merchandise includes jewelry, formal gowns, swimwear, bodysuits, vintage, sale and clearance products.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Uptown Belle Boutique.
- Uptown Belle Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund.
Return processing time:
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
When making a return:
- Clients must contact Uptown Belle via email (info@shopuptownbelle.com) within 3 days of delivery.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. We suggest that you also keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, be sure to include your order number, billing name, address, and reason for your return.
- Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Uptown Belle LLC reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed. Please Note: A $7.95 fee will be assessed to all shipments that are returned because of failure to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
